Buyer's Premium: 5% (but no less than $789) Payment: Cash, certified bank payment or credit card payments (up to $5,000). All buyers musy pay a $2,500 deposit on the day of the auction. Financing is available but all sales are final and not subject to buyer securing financing. Checkout Date/Time: All buyers must pay in full by Saturday May 4th, 2024. All units must be removed by Wednesday, May 8th, 2024. No units will be removed until payment in full has been received.
