In the event that any Auction bid is submitted within two (2) minutes of the scheduled end time of such Auction, there will be an extension to the end time of such Auction an additional two (2) minutes (an Extended Auction). Also there will be an extension to any Extended Auction for an additional two (2) minutes each time a bid is submitted within the final two (2) minutes of the applicable end time of such Extended Auction. 15% Buyer's Premuim and 8.25% Sales tax will be added to all sales. Right after the Auction closes your card will be automatically charged for any bids you have won. Total price will include bid price, buyer's premium (15%) and State Tax (8.25%) All items must be picked up in 14 Days or your items will be forfeited, relisted and Sold. There will be NO Refunds for the items that are relisted and Sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner. Item Condtion: Excellent: -Items in excellent condition are typically new or in pristine condition. -They show minimal to no signs of wear, use, or damage. -There are no scratches, dents, stains, or other visible flaws. -All parts and accessories are included and in perfect working order. Items in excellent condition are often considered as good as new and may come in their original packaging. Very Good: -Items in very good condition have been gently used but are still in a well-maintained state. -There may be some minor signs of wear, such as light scratches or scuffs, but nothing major. -All essential functions and features are fully functional and operational. -Any included accessories or components should be in good working condition. -While not in pristine condition, items in very good condition are typically in a condition that is still highly usable and appealing to buyers. Acceptable: -Items in acceptable condition are used and may show noticeable signs of wear and tear. -There may be scratches, scuffs, dents, or other visible cosmetic flaws. -While they may have some cosmetic issues, they should still be fully functional and operational. -Accessories and components may be included but could also show signs of wear or minor damage. -Items in acceptable condition are often priced lower than those in better conditions and are suitable for buyers who prioritize functionality over appearance.

The auction will begin soft close at 6:30 PM on MONDAY, May 20th. The items will then begin to close staggered at 18 second intervals for about the next two hours. Auctions are weekly out of Windsor, Ontario, with both shipping and pick up option from Windsor, Ontario. Pick-up is available once the purchase invoice and pick-up details have been sent by e-mail and a pick-up timeslot is scheduled by the customer through our online scheduling software. If it has been used, then the item is is most likely in visually "like new" condition (at the very least it is in "excellent used condition"). USED: Item functions as it is intended to but it shows that it has been under long term use. Any parts that are missing will be declared to the best of our knowledge. It could have signs of wear and likely has been very gently used. Descriptions will be provided if we have notes and to the best of our ability, such as missing bolt, minor handling, moderate handling, cracked lid, etc. SALVAGE: This includes items that need anything from minor to major repairs. This also includes items where repairs may not be possible and can only be used for parts. The retail value for these items is listed as $0. All salvage items are sold As-Is with no option for returns. No exceptions. AS-IS: Anything sold as-is has no option for returns. No exceptions. Payment methods include online payment (only debit, VISA/Mastercard), electronic money transfer or Cash. Debit/credit machine is available for in person pickups. All purchases are in Canadian dollars (CAD$) and are subject to a 16.5% buyers premium and 13% HST. **PLEASE NOTE: Online payment or in store purchases by debit or credit card is subject to a 3% processing fee. Return and Exchange Policy: AuctionHaeus sells all items "As-is, where is", meaning the item you purchase is sold in its current state where it is. We ONLY accept returns if the item does not work as described and if an exchange is unavailable. Items that have declared imperfections, missing parts, problems etc. are sold as-is with no return or exchange options whatsoever. Any return/exchange must be authorized by management and product must be brought back or shipped back to our Windsor, ON warehouse at the buyer's cost within 3 business days from authorization. A return request must be sent within 2 days from pick up date or within 5 business days from the auction closing date, whichever is sooner. Those who have their invoice(s) shipped to them must send any return requests within 24 hours of package delivery confirmation. Any authorized returns are given back in the form of auction credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items specifically listed as "AS-IS" condition can not be returned for a credit or returned for any reason. Refunds and credits are at the sole discretion of the auctioneer. All advertised memberships/promotions/exclusives/warranties etc. may not be intact nor honoured by the manufacturer/distributor. Lack of the forementioned is not a valid reason for return.
