All items are being sold AS IS. All items are in various states of condition and the seller/auctioneer will not atttest to any before bid. Bidders have the chance to view items on preview day. If bidder fails to notify auctioneer at time of registration, bidder will be mailed a check with sales tax refund amount to the address used at registration.

* Our team will be onsite an hour after the auction ends. If you'd like to pickup your items, the secondary pickup option will be Wednesday, June 5th from 3pm - 5pm EST. Any time outside of those offered will need approved and will incur an additional $10 reservation and pickup fee.
*Pick up of items will be sent via email to successful buyers. Pickup will be at 4129 Elida Road, Lima, Ohio 45807. If you can not arrange for pick up on this day at this time, or are unable to pay to have your items shipped to you, do not bid. If someone other than the person matching the credit card is picking up, please notify us.
*Day of pick up: When arriving at pickup, be expected to wait in line. We will get your items to you as soon as we help the next person in front of you.
*Shipping offered on all lots. Please notify us prior to bidding if you will need shipping. Our shipping team will contact you AFTER the auction has closed via email/text.
*Any and all disputes shall be settled in the Allen County/Lima Courts of Lima, Ohio 45801
